Eligibility Criteria & Requirements for Master and Ph.D. KAU Fully Funded Scholarship
Maximum Age 35 Years for Ph.D. programs and maximum 30 Years for masters must Have a University Degree From an Accredited College or University and Should Have a Degree With “very Good” at Least. Approved exam in English is required for those whose First Language is Not English. The Approved Exams and Minimum Required Scores Are Listed Below:
TOEFL (PBT)=500TOEFL (CBT)=173TOEFL (IBT)=61IELTS=5Must Have a Record of Good Conduct medically Fit. Must not have been dismissed from any University throughout the academics.

CV Of the applicant.Statement of purpose. The SOP must be in English for all programs except in Islamic Studies and Arabic Language. A copy of graduation certificate (certified from Saudi Embassy of home country).A copy of transcript (certified from Saudi Embassy of home country).Recommendation letters from two former professors.A copy of a passport valid for at least one year.

There is No Deadline for the King Abdulaziz University Scholarship in Saudi Arabia. Students can apply throughout the year for KAU Scholarships. The Screening Process is held twice a year.
